Job Vacancy – Senior Cook (Hotel)
We are looking for skilled Cooks to work in a 3- star Hotel. The cook will be expected to prepare meals that will delight guests with their taste and timely delivery. We are looking for a person that will follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals, must be deft in moving around the kitchen, and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important
To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience – 5 years minimum.
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
