Business Development Executive

We are looking for a self driven, target oriented, ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the driving force of the company’s growth and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Reports to  –  The Principal Partner

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Preparing and delivering proposals, pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive or a similar role in a consulting environment, preferably with a bias for tech products
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Market knowledge in the field of consulting
  • Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RFID) product development and industry applications, to seize the opportunities in the business environment would a significant advantage
  • Strong  negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • A BSc/HND in any discipline is desirable but not compulsory
